About John Finkelde
I pastored for 30 years and led our church through generational renewal.
Through Christ's grace we saw our church grow while planting a new church every 3 years and also moving to a purpose-built, multi-million-dollar worship centre.
In 2012 we transitioned out of our pastoral leadership role and handed over to next generation leaders.
I have conducted over 170 church consultations in 10 different movements around the globe.
In recent years I have conducted 6 succession consultations in Australia and the UK.
